@lufthansa - wondering if you might attempt to review my May business class issue which has been the subject of many attempts from me to resolve and close the matter of extremely poor service on two 12hr flights?

@cardiffcouncil - I’ve twice reported fly tipping on council owned land but not received any reply, is this normal?

@cadwwales - a disappointing visit to Y Gaer near Brecon yesterday with not a shred of interpretation or way marking. Many years ago I attended a meeting with Cadw to discuss these issues and all these years later Cadw haven’t made the visitor experience any better.
