@SuccessElG @atiku The only person that can make ADC work is @PeterObi ,if he should emulate what Tinubu did 2014 for APC to remain strong. Obi should throw his support to the popular candidate from North and help manage the crisis that will come out after primaries like Tinubu did with APC.

Lol. Pressing in man-marking or small space zones isn't the same as pressing in big space.
Under Maresca, we played in close proximity and pressed in small spaces. Pressing in Maresca’s system isn't the same as pressing in Poch's system for example.

There are serious holes in this Chelsea squad. Athleticism and experience are lacking, for example. Basic things are neglected while building the squad.
Maresca found a way to mitigate those issues. It was not optimal for him, but it helped make the team stable.
Rosenior forcing playing in big space, running around pressing non-stop, with players who basically don't have the physical ability to do that has led to this situation.
He said last night that the players were unprofessional and lacked intensity. Chalobah said that everyone ran hard and was tired.
I will go with Chalobah. For our players, they can't give what they don't have physically. You can't compare an Enzo to a Kante.
That's why principles of squad building is important. Make sure you have every important attribute.
So, even if Rosenior complains until 2050, this squad can't give him what he is looking for and it's his fault forcing it and not realising what he's dealing with.
This Chelsea squad can't run half as hard as his Strasbourg team, it's very obvious. Why not create a style that will suit the players short term and try and make changes in the summer?
He's not blameless in all of this. He should've read the room a bit better. He was doing great with the Maresca blueprint but decided to form a 'top manager' and messed up everything. You know you don't have the right players or enough time to train them properly; why must you do that?

I think that's just the beautiful aspect of been a Yoruba, you can vote whomever you want. The same way you want peter obi, is the same way I want tinubu and that's the same way others want atiku. There is a chance that Liam Rosenior's relationship with Eghbali could play a big part in the summer.
They worked closely at Strasbourg, and that relationship could be the reason Liam is at Chelsea today.
Looking back, I rarely saw Eghbali having a chat with Maresca. Not sure they were that close. It seems Maresca mostly went through the Sporting directors to get his messages across.
I'm not sure, I'm only speculating but if that was the case, then Liam Rosenior could use that relationship to his advantage. If he can convince Eghbali on certain decisions, the his job is half done. He wouldn't need to talk a lot to convince the Sporting Directors.
