@bigmadandy @TheStingisBack May have been the other way round. Fantastic Journey was cancelled after only 10 of the intended 13 episodes had been filmed. Logan's Run came a few months later. Leonard Katzman produced both series; DC Fontana wrote one episode of FJ and was story editor on LR.

The Fantastic Journey (1977). Fans have noted significant thematic similarities between this and Lost, suggesting a possible, if uncredited, influence. I remember loving it, but I don't know a single person who's seen it. This ep featured a young Ian McShane.
