Love this! And really appreciate the help on GitHub. Minutes is going to move toward an opt in ambient type feature to help with that. On diarizartion, I have a quick way to make it happen but it requires a big python package, and I want to keep the app size down, so working on it

more meeting power for your agents: dictation. hold a hotkey, speak, text hits your clipboard. local whisper, no cloud. your phone captures thoughts for your agent/llm. record a voice memo while walking. 60 seconds later Claude/Codex/Gemini/etc knows about it. works w/ any phone. iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or just drag the file. short memos auto-route through the fast pipeline. long recordings get full meeting treatment with speakers, decisions, action items. 13 MCP tools, simple cli stuff, still MIT, and on the claude desktop extensions marketplace very soon (just got approved)

Existe una ecuación matemática que predice cuánta suerte vas a tener en la vida. Un tipo llamado Jason Roberts la formuló así: S = H × C. Suerte = Hacer × Contar. Lo que plantea es que la suerte no es algo que te cae del cielo, es una superficie, como una red. Cuanto más grande, más cosas atrapás. ¿Cómo la expandís? Con dos palancas: haciendo más cosas que te apasionan y contándole a más gente lo que hacés. El problema es que la mayoría de la gente solo mueve una, hay genios encerrados en su cuarto que nadie conoce y hay vendedores de humo que no saben hacer nada. Los dos tienen suerte cero, porque cualquier cosa multiplicada por cero da cero. Pero cuando las dos se potencian, ahí es donde pasan las cosas mágicas: alguien te descubre, te ofrece algo o te invita a un proyecto que no sabías que existía. Todo éxito repentino lleva años de trabajo invisible, la gente que te parece que tuvo suerte en realidad lleva años haciendo y contando. Un día su superficie de suerte se volvió tan grande que se cruzaron con la oportunidad justa. Dejá de esperar que la suerte te encuentre y salí a buscarla. Ponete a hacer y a contar. H por C, es asi de simple y así de difícil. Cuando te empiecen a decir "qué suerte que tenés" vas a darte cuenta de que las matemáticas no mienten.

Este post es un poco un intento de llegar a esas personas y ayudarlas a desbloquear ese mindset, que en la mayoría de los casos es emocional más que racional. Mandáselo a ese amigo detractor o que no está en el palo de tecnología y todavía no la ve.

Hay varios acá re haters con personas que están teniendo sus primeros acercamientos al desarrollo de software a través de Claude. Ojo con la soberbia, es el peor prisma desde el que se puede interpretar todo lo que está pasando.
