Make your relationship halal. Stop dragging her along and feeding her hopes, only to threaten her with a breakup when things feel heavy. Correct your mistakes and marry the woman you claim to love. No wonder I got many tags to make a comment on Bwala’s interview, even without seeing it. But now I have and I must say it was a really bad outing and he seemed unprepared. He was thrown off balance by many questions and the reason was obvious. He was a strong opposition and critic of the person of PBAT before the election and said so many unprintable things about him and his party. Suddenly, such person is rewarded with an appointment for switching party or loyalty and worse enough, as a spokesman for the same man he battered his image publicly. This is why I always question the logic behind appointing critics either in the opposition party or standalone critics into the same government they criticise. Critics are like populists, who do not necessarily possess the most brilliant ideas on how to run a good and effective government. They are just a bunch of loud rabble-rousers who have been given a platform undeservedly, either as a result of failure of government or desperation to be seen criticising the government. Switching political loyalty without a clearly defined political ideology is one of the bane of our democracy.
