@biocoor , represented by its Board Members, today signed an MoU with @Kitabi_College college during the Green Career Connect event. A step forward in strengthening partnerships, promoting green skills, and advancing youth opportunities in sustainability. 🌍

Through this WRI Restore Local (RL) initiative, local champions exchange knowledge, showcase field-based restoration practices, and strengthen community engagement and ecosystem monitoring skills.

@biocoor is proud to participate as a peer leader in the first Champion-Led Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning Exchange for the Lake Kivu & Rusizi (LKR) Landscape, organized by @WorldResources from December 1–4, 2025, in Musanze - Nyabihu Districts, Rwanda.

With support from @trocaire (Partnership & Localization Dept), BIOCOOR senior management & board reps began a 4-day project proposal writing workshop. The training aims to enhance skills in resource mobilization, partnership building, and proposal development .

🌿 In Nyamasheke District, with support from #TerraFund for #FR100, we believe restoration goes beyond trees — it’s about people & livelihoods too. We’ve formed women’s groups in all villages, met their reps, and provided piglets 🐖 to boost income & organic farming.

🌳 Happening now in @HuyeDistrict e! Communities joined the monthly Umuganda focused on tree planting. Biocoor was proud to take part, and the Mayor reminded everyone that “planting a tree is investing in future generations.” 🌱
