@chatrmobile I have purchased top-up card for my dad and now when I activate it says invalid how can I fix this, there is no way to contact customer service.
my top-up card do have a serial number!

@Rogers @RogersHelps What the hell, I waited from 6:12pm tonight till 9:40pm so i could get my plan updated since it costing me too much, the lady lied and now signed me up 24months and costing me more..
trying to contact again been waiting on hold over 1hr now.
