Urgh – been there, done exactly that with my COREONE. The full spool doesn't really have enough edge, the COREONE backs up after loading the filament to prevent oozing that might mess up the nozzle cleaning, causing the filament to fall off the outside edge of the spool, so you sometimes end up with a neat twist which then does that :(









Reminder: every 3D printer company out there ***who is not @josefprusa *** treats printers as appliances. You buy it, you use it, & when a better model comes out you REPLACE it. I'm not going to GE asking for a microwave upgrade, I buy a new microwave.
