My phone, which is satellite-tracked by the Taiwan gov to enforce quarantine, ran out of battery at 7:30 AM. By 8:15, four different units called me. By 8:20, the police were knocking at my door.

Self-quarantine (SQed) requires a big house with a self-contained room i.e bathroom, right?
Have SQed people registered plus their families?
Are qualified medic's calling to check on their symptoms?
Who is delivering food & water to them them and are they informed?

What does self quarantine at home mean, stay at home?
What about your
- spouse who probably goes to work?
- school going children?
- house help who probably goes home on weekends?
Lock yourself in a room?
Are homes equipped with basic mask/gloves incase it's positive?

Why should a government clear 239 people from China to Self-quarantine? This is a death sentence to every Kenyan if a case happens to have been mishandled in the 14 day period. I treat this a security threat to the Country i love.

I wish to thank @USAIDKenya for helping us install the Kathonzweni Milk Processing Plant, through the International Livestock and Research Institute(ILRI).The plant has a capacity to pasteurize 1000 litres of milk per hour.

@DonaldBKipkorir It is right to say the county has received 70B. The county has both development expenditures which determines how much can be done. The county is vast and i wouldnt make such a blanket statement without getting more information. Help the county with ideas by speaking to Nanok.

After staying in Turkana over the weekend & driving across it, I confirm Turkana is not Kenya ... Turkana is frozen in time as at its cradle: No Water; No Roads; People still in Huts made of twigs; No Hospitals; Few mud-walled Schools .. No evidence of Devolution.
