Baby’s naptime is mama’s playtime 😈😈 My current obsession is this song – shoutout to @flea333 & Nick Cave for their beautiful rendition which brought this treasure back to the forefront of my attention. #GlenCampbell is the GOAT.

Dad passed away peacefully this morning at 9am. Mum was one side and I the other holding him. I told him that he didn't have to fight anymore, that he could let go and be at peace.. and he took his last breath. Heartbroken, life will always be missing his beautiful character. 💔

I'd be eating my meal while it was hot. If it was my family next to me, they would tell me to eat while my meal is warm/hot

RIP Noah 😥 We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of 13-year-old Noah Campbell, who sadly passed away under tragic circumstances following a collision involving a car, a bike, and a scooter in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, late on Friday night. Noah was a huge football fan, with a passion for the game that saw him regularly attend both Luton and Liverpool matches. He also proudly played for Toddington Rovers FC, where he was a valued part of the club and will always be remembered fondly by everyone who knew him. A statement from Toddington Rovers FC reads: “There are no words that feel enough for news as heartbreaking as this. 💔 Everyone at Toddington Rovers FC is devastated by the tragic news about Noah Campbell. 💙⚽ Noah was part of our club and will always be remembered fondly by those who knew him here. To hear such heartbreaking news about someone so young is truly unimaginable, and our hearts go out to his family, his friends, his teammates, and everyone whose lives he touched. 🙏💙 From everyone at TRFC, we send our deepest love, condolences, and support to all those affected. 🤍 Noah will not be forgotten. 🕊️💙” Our thoughts are with Noah’s family and loved ones at this incredibly difficult time.

So many magats are in my replies telling me that what happens in the US is none of my business. I have friends and family in the US whom I care about. Not only that, but your President keeps threatening my country. Until everyone is safe from the orange turd, I won't stop!

It's been quite an eye opener to read a lot of posts from very adult children complaining that they're unlikely to get anything from their parents after they die, because they'll probably need to sell their homes to pay for a care home. Utterly beggars belief how selfish and calculating they can be. It makes me feel quite happy to be on my own frankly. When my lovely grandma became too old to live in her house, she moved into a housing association care home. The rent was very cheap and she lived there, very happily, until she died at nearly 100 years old. Her three children, one being my mum, loved her dearly and I'm sure it was their love and laughter that kept her going for as long as she did. None of them were left anything because she had nothing other than her pension and they made sure that she always spent that on doing nice things for herself. Oh, I tell a lie... there was a few thousands pounds that she left to a dogs and cats home. No one felt hard done by like the selfish buggers on here seem to. I cannot stand this attitude. It's as if they only spend time with their parents because they want to make sure they're left some money. I hate hypocrisy and greed.
