He is occupied (or so his attys will argue) performing his constitutional duty to transition into the Office of the President. And Merchan won't issue arrest warrant. Case is dead.

For those who rely on the ACA, what’s the plan when it gets repealed in January?

@janelovesrain @PamKeithFL As someone with cancer… yep. I think the plan is to let us die. They bought RFK Jr’s bs & have promised to get rid of vaccines. So for immunocompromised people like me… ⏰ is ticking.

@PamKeithFL Anyone with a pre existing condition relies on the ACA, regardless of where they get their personal health coverage. The ACA establishes that insurance companies cannot discriminate against those with pre existing. We will be screwed.
