1. Exactly what I told the @HennepinAtty @MaryMoriarty that she and @AGEllison would have to do -- file an APA lawsuit in MN federal court -- bc Trump administration was going to blow off the Touhy requests. If Trump loses APA lawsuit, he will appeal to 8th Circuit.

Yes @HennepinAtty @MaryMoriarty the APA lawsuit is unprecedented in the history of the United States. Obtaining a jury verdict convicting the ICE/CBP killers of Good & Pretti of murder or manslaughter would also be unprecedented in the history of the United States. Justice now!

Tremendous cold today in Antarctica!! 🥶 -105°F (-75°C). Imagine that 😳 The Coldest March day on record on the continent! For context it’s only the beginning of Autumn there! The coldest Temp ever on Earth was also Vostok at -128.6F and for the Northern Hemisphere it was -93.3F in Greenland. When there’s extremes in one place, you can bet there are extremes in others! (Btw… Vostok is on the other side of the continent)

And Gorsuch's opinion in Martin is pointing towards a very narrow interpretation of Neagle -- limiting it to its extraordinary facts -- and a holding of no federal preemption of MN criminal law. Jury call per Drury.
