Is there a solution to gyms being low vibrational because part of me wants to look like a video game character and that’s the only place where I actually do what needs to be done—home doesn’t work, I can’t get up here Maybe I’ll just accept my new auntie build instead because contorting my body with varios pieces of metal in alarming poses under fluorescent lighting around OTHER people, many of which are weird and I hate to be around, does seem worse at this point


I'm obviously a big fan of supplements. But if I had to narrow down my list to just 5 that I think most people should be taking, they'd be: - Omega-3s - Magnesium - Vitamin D - Creatine - A high-quality multivitamin
