@EaterWriter Not at all, I eat ribeye just about medium (reverse seared). I just don't like pork that's bloody, and from experience, no matter how long it's rested, unless cooked through, you'll always get a bit of blood and an unpleasant taste.

@Ramble_Jack I think so. It may yet be determined that the Officer’s actions were unjustified, that his force was excessive. My issue is those pre-judging matters based on an assumption that it never could constitute reasonable force.
