@ryanhungateCTO @jackedcarius They make squatting shoes with a high back heel for this. I’m too cheap though so I just take a couple of weights and pit them on the floor and then put my heel on them for when I squat. It’s an absolute game changer.

Imagine if an NFL or NBA ref could negate all points scored in the last 10 minutes of play off a single infraction. That's essentially what we do in track.

Pleased to announce that my LNC convention dress code proposal has officially been moved and has the necessary cosponsors to be voted on and considered by the LNC before next week! If all goes according to plan, the LP will enter convention with a basic business casual dress code policy in place for official proceedings. Yes, that also means the Chair or a designee would have the authority to remove blatantly unserious or unprofessional behavior from the convention floor during official business sessions. I am reluctant to quote post this, because it feels like amplifying demonic behavior. but I must share my two cents on this demonic behavior.
“It’s just a roast” is simply a juvenile copout for justifying absolute evil behavior.
First, the roast should be about the people *there*.
Not about innocent people who were the brutal victims of leftist murderous violence.
Second, a roast - as crass and brutal as they are supposed to be - is supposed to still be funny.
Third, there is nothing “roast-ish” about saying “I hope someone kills you the way they killed Charlie Kirk” (paraphrasing for clarity).
This is disgusting, demonic behavior.

It is a bitter thing to watch what you have chosen to become since. The establishment couldn’t crush you in the press, so they simply bought your loyalty instead. To see someone who was once a symbol of the targeted American citizen volunteer to be a foot soldier for Mitch McConnell’s cartel is profoundly tragic.
