@rawkode How about when someone uses your email to sign up to a list, you hit unsubscribe and it asks you to enter the post code associated with your email. I can’t remove myself from this list someone else put me on.

Whenever I click an unsubscribe link in an email and the website asks for my email address, or worse and asks me to login, I make a mental note to never use their service again.

@DasGiftBerlin If you mean 2020-12-05 that’s ISO 8601, not US date. It gets a lot of use in IT, particularly as a suffix as it allows sorting easily.

@cstross I’m a big fan of the Ubiquiti gear. I have an Edgerouter 4 and a single nanoHD AP to serve our entire fairly large detached house, located centrally. They offer in-wall APs that might suit your needs as well, placed strategically. I’d maybe try the LR AP (Long-range) and see.

@santanderukhelp I tried over 4G as opposed to wifi in case that was causing the issue. However, I just tried again on my phone on wifi and it worked there too.
