Despite bull markets or bear markets, the fact that we get to work in crypto and put food on our families tables already means we are blessed. We are getting paid to help build a freer world - one where individuals can exercise their own free will. We are getting paid to be relentlessly truth-seeking every day. We are getting paid to build systems that are more open, inclusive, and accepting of all humans and their choices - regardless of nationality, race, or financial status. Very few people are fortunate enough to earn a living doing work they believe is honorable, while becoming better people through that work every day. For that alone, we are blessed.

There’s a platform I came across 5 months ago called Xpow. “Build, Prove, Share, Your work profile — powered by proof not promises” That is Xpow in one line, it’s a strong positioning statement In a world where anyone can write anything on a CV, the idea of a platform centred around verified proof of work is genuinely interesting. What Is Xpow? Xpow describes itself as a digital Proof-of-Work and payment platform. The core offering is a work profile but not the kind you “self-fill” this means that on traditional platforms like LinkedIn or a regular CV you write everything about yourself like your own job titles, your own project descriptions, your own skills and nobody checks if it’s true. You’re essentially grading yourself. This platform is built around getting your projects verified by past employers, receiving public ratings on your quality and professionalism, and having employer reviews visible to anyone who looks you up. Think less resume, more verified track record🪖 The features confirmed so far from their MVP launch announcement on February 9, 2026: → Project verification by past employers → Ratings on quality and professionalism → Public reviews from employers The platform is positioned for freelancers, builders, and hiring teams. Anyone whose work needs to speak louder than a document. MVP is live at xpow.io and they’re still in early-stage growth, they also ran a limited test phase prior to the MVP launch, opening slots for early testers to explore and give feedback. Why I’m Paying Attention? I’m not here to sell this, I’m just exploring but the problem Xpow is tackling is very essential which is the gap between what people claim and what they’ve actually delivered if it’s real or not, whether they execute on it well is still to be seen. For teams hiring this changes the game because you won’t need to fear the risk of hiring a scam or someone who is inexperienced because with verifiable Proff Xpow will offer you the best amongst the crowd👥 Try @_xpow

I mentioned earlier that I’ll be dropping a tutorial soon for anyone who might find it confusing, but honestly it’s pretty easy once you try it..... Here’s a quick clip showing how a swap works on Qwerti. If you’re curious and want to explore it yourself, you can check it out here: app.qwerti.ai/?ref=llc-97313 You also earn points while swapping, and those points are expected to be distributed during the airdrop. So if you like getting in early on things like this, it might be worth checking out. Try it out and tell me what you think ❤️

If you want to win as a Web3 writer: • Be early • Be consistent • Build in public • Write like a human, not a whitepaper Web3 doesn’t need more content. It needs better storytellers.

Key difference between beginners and pros Beginners explain what something is. Experienced writers explain why it matters That’s how narratives are built in Web3 Payment reality Web3 pays in crypto, tokens, retainers, or equity. Higher risk but also higher upside and visibility.

Most writers trying to break into Web3 fail because they treat it like Web2. Web3 content isn’t about SEO or polished blogs. It’s about clarity, credibility, and community. If you’re a beginner in Web3: Your goal isn’t to sound smart. It’s to understand and explain. Start with:
