A newly released video shows two men attacking a 77-year-old man who was walking down the street in downtown Seattle last month. The incident was captured by the city's Real Time Crime Center surveillance cameras, which monitor public areas that have been identified as crime hot spots. Florida couple Crystal Garcia, 21, and Anfernee Watts, 25, from Hollywood, were charged in the death of their 3-week-old son in 2025. The infant wouldn’t stop crying. Garcia wrapped him tightly in a blanket, placed a pacifier in his mouth, strapped him into a car seat inside a bathtub, turned on loud music, and left him there. The couple slept for nearly seven hours. They later found him unresponsive. Instead of calling for help, they staged the scene to look like he died sleeping in his playpen, cleaned the area with bleach, and lied to police. The baby was pronounced dead on August 1, 2025. The medical examiner ruled it a homicide by suffocation. The couple was arrested in April 2026 on charges, including aggravated manslaughter, child neglect, evidence tampering, and false statements. Their 2-year-old daughter is in family custody.
