@SlBrandin I think that's 31 firm + 8 at-risk from 0a assuming they (the 8) all get awarded full ramp. Plus the row before gets you back to 47.

@SlBrandin And I concede your point on the 17 having to energize before Oct 1 2027. Id assume that's just initial energization though and not full ramp, since they're using it to back into VRT QSA prereq dates.

@SlBrandin The way I read it, the batch study is going to cover many individual cases (season/year), and the only load to be allocated in 0a is the 8 GW that is set to initially energize prior to q2 2027. So, no obvious implication of x MW from the firm category before q2 2027.

@blakerking93 The blue shaded blocks in the batch 0a beyond the 94GW baseline - am I missing something? References to energization in 2027 for 0a are on slide 18 as well. Is that the total load to be allocated over 2027-2032?
