@WheatLife I saw it in East Tennessee last year. It happens all over the every other farm was green wheat, and one was brown. They planted same time, had to spray it.

I know zero people who spray glyphosate to ripen wheat.
Perhaps the congressman might benefit from a conversation with an actual farmer.

Rep. Thomas Massie says glyphosate is sprayed on ripe wheat to dry it before harvest. He says the crop is one step away from bread when it is hit with poison. Europe banned it, but Washington still allows it.

If you only ate beef and took supplements to cover any deficiencies, you would take far fewer supplements than if you only ate any other single food on earth.
The only foods close are eggs and lamb.
To approach the nutritional content of a pound of beef, you'd need to eat 10–20+ lbs of veggies.
This is why herbivores have to graze most of the day.

We got sheep 4 years ago, to control buttercup in the pasture. They are on rotational grazing, moved every 2-3 days, not doped up. Never given a vaccine or wormer, no steroids or medicine, just grass. For the past 2 winters I have not needed to feed any hay.

American Blackbelly sheep are real tasty! This half a sheep, hanging weight was 65 lbs for the whole. The shoulders can make some great steaks.
I’ll have cuts and ground lamb available at the farm if you want to try.

@feedlotmagazine Or, hear me out, you use the whole farm, poly wire set paddocks, unroll the hay, let them eat it all. Then you get their manure spread over the entire farm without ruining any.
