Been quiet here. Still shipping 🚢 We spent the year taking the keys to the messy middle of integrations, data layers, infra, and product changes that can't afford surprises. Here's what that looked like. The year started busy with @Optimism. → We launched GovQuests, a platform for governance engagement. Shipped a @farcaster_xyz sybil detection model, with 70+ features. And wrapped our tech partner program with a few highlights 👇 → Coordinated with @TheCapHimself on an offchain subnames manager for @namespace_eth, making it easy for ENS holders to manage subnames without on-chain costs. → Also supported @candidelabs with account recovery and @optimisticUSD with a crowdstaking frontend. Our partnership with @CoWSwap keeps growing with high-leverage work. → This year we rebuilt their TypeScript SDK on Viem – 32% lighter, now framework-agnostic so devs can use Ethers, Viem, or Wagmi. → Shipped @Morpho hooks for the CoW Hook Store. Started leading their frontend migration off Web3React. → And beyond code, we got ourselves into governance, with @yvesfracaribleu joining @CoWDAO as delegate. For @SiloFinance, we own data infrastructure. → Built the v2 subgraph from scratch, audited their points program before launch, and developed a multichain API – real-time health factors, USD pricing, across four networks. We also took over the entire product team of pre-launch lending protocol. → The protocol was solid, but the product wasn't there yet. We stepped in end to end: frontend, backend, analytics, integrations, plus GTM strategy and roadmap prioritization. → Untangled the coupling, built safer release seams – while still shipping weekly. Ended up being their best consumer-facing product in eight years. Busy year, that's where we've been. Onto the next 🌊
