You don’t need deload weeks in high school training: Winter break Random week off due to weather Spring break Finals May break 4th of July break August break Thanksgiving break Finals That’s 11-12 off weeks a year. When it’s time to train, you’d better train.

FINAL: No. 6 seed Randolph Rocket football (@RandolphFB) beats the No. 2 seeded Rush City Tigers 38-12 and advance to the Section 4AA championship game on Halloween against most likely top seeded Goodhue. That game will be played at Triton.
