Like I said, it'll have an effect but it won't be instant. We don't have access to the information regarding how many contracts will be INTERRUPTED because of the ban. Therefore we can't predict how many utilities will need to re-up those with new western providers of conversion and capacity. It should become evident as we progress the 90 days. I hope.
