I am NEVER making eggs any other way again. 😂
🥚5 minutes pressure cook.
🥚5 minutes natural release.
🥚5 minute ice bath.
That’s it.
Every single egg peeled perfectly with basically no effort and I’m irrationally emotional about it because peeling eggs usually makes me want to fight somebody.
This is the kind of neurodivergent kitchen win that changes lives. 🤣

@innoutburger_ It was in 1974 when we tried all year DST. It was awful. I was in grade school and didn't understand why I had to catch the bus in the dark.
