Dear young'ns I'm 57 In my 20's I workedv3 jobs - a mon-Fri 9-5, a bar job and an eve/weekend job at Threshers I was married and I had a child and I missed a lot of wife/mother time I worked 15 years before workplace pensions were a thing but eventually bought a house I could not save for a pension I did not have it 'easy' - I worked paycheck to paycheck Don't fall for the media bullshit

I find it odd how for some reason, for the past 10+ years, people have become completely obsessed with the idea of playing football in their own defensive third, and how finding ways to build out from there is the sign of a progressive and attacking coach. Of course there are very impressive things here. But this entire passage of play involved using many players and the ball stayed in the defensive third for the vast majority of it… When did people stop assessing how managers and teams attack, the actual final 3rd being the first thing they looked at?
