Last week, we joined over 50 representatives from more than 30 institutions for a 5 day workshop to undertake the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) on Uganda’s proposed legislative framework for Virtual Assets (VAs) and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), convened by the Ministry of Finance, Planning & Economic Development. As @blockchainug, we were honored to share industry insights to support evidence based, inclusive policymaking. The workshop brought together key regulators, agencies, and industry players — a strong sign of Uganda’s collaborative approach to shaping its digital finance future.
