Ok, honestly… How many of you can honestly say that when you put in your “2 Week Notice” you continue to work just as hard as you did before? It doesn’t happen, when people turn in their 2 week notice, their feet are already out the door, their “give a damn” is nonexistent… Quite frankly why should one be paid to half ass their job for 2 weeks? It’s gonna be miserable for you as well as your fellow employees and a waste of time and money for the company… If you’re not helping train your replacement, the “2 weeks notice” should just be removed for the conversation…
