Sometimes when I post satirical content I can’t figure out who is being satirical back, who thinks I’m just an idiot and who is just an idiot.

@VickJack125 @gwiesefarms We farm 800 acres of mint along with the grain operation. The summer harvest of mint along with storing around 3/4 of our grain and hauling it in during the winter allows us to keep full time year round. But we are still at 1 per 1000.

For every 1,000 acres in your operation, how many full time people are on the payroll?

@ScottRipberger @gwiesefarms Yeah I agree with the wife and family part. Same thing. I do think I could have spent those years going to trade shows and such and found equivalent contacts. Such as I did later in life.

@wapp56 @gwiesefarms I don't disagree with you. However I was able to connect with a ton of people who are in the ag industry that have helped our operation in one way or another. Not to mention I met my wife and have an awesome family to show for it as well.

Did anyone attend an ag university and feel they actually learned what they needed to to be successful on the farm? If so, which college and what course or degree?

@wapp56 Wouldn’t you like better prices for the corn you grow? I know I would. Be part of the solution not the problem with demand?

Had a conversation with my fuel supplier today about e85 to the farm. No previous questions on e85 from anyone else. He said frankly, I sell a lot more regular unleaded to the farm than e10. How can you as a corn producer not support what you grow and deliver to an ethanol plant?

@cdiedrich23 We were looking into a Tahoe and everyone told me to stay away from the 6.2. A buddy bought one with a new crate 6.2 at 32k miles.

Only 2% of the oil used in U.S. domestic gas supplies comes through the Strait of Hormuz. There is no reason we should be paying higher gas prices. It’s all a scam.

@WashTimes Majority of all fertilizer for upcoming crop is either bought and or applied Inputs for the next crop is the problem those start being put in place this July /august.
