Very disappointing experience at Bloom Hotel @bloom_hotels, Sector 19, Noida. We had two bookings (8-10 March & 10-11 March). Staff member Sagar asked us to pay ₹500 + taxes for an extra bed, which we paid for all days (₹1575 total). Yesterday he confirmed there were no pending dues. But during checkout today, another receptionist who first introduced himself as “Rahil” (later confirmed as Mohd Alam) suddenly demanded ₹1500-₹2000 + taxes per day and asked for extra payment without any receipt. When we questioned this and showed our payment proofs, he refused to escalate the matter and even threatened us saying “mai dekh lunga tumhe”. Later, the property manager said the charge is ₹1000 + taxes, completely contradicting what we were told earlier. Bloom management needs to clarify - 1. Why are different staff quoting different charges, do they seek pocket money from customers? 2. Is threatening customers acceptable? 3. Why did the staff hide his identity? 4. Why is there no direct helpline for such issues? Expecting an explanation and action. #worsthotel #bloom #staybloom

@bloom_hotels Bloom Suites Ahmedabad illegally retained my Aadhaar card after check out and refused to return it unless I paid courier charges—even after I provided a nearby handover option. This is unsafe, unethical and against UIDAI rules.

I stayed at Bloom Boutique GK1 from Oct 21–22, 2025, and the experience was disappointing for the price. Extra bed was unstable, bathroom had unfinished patches & no working exhaust. Staff said they wouldn’t be available after 8 PM. @bloom_hotels

@bloom_hotels last week I stayed at bloom rooms calangute goa, Every thing was good 👍 but one suggestion- the beds that you are using are way too soft , no back support wic causes problems to the spine. Lower back pain and shoulder pain is complimentary in bloom rooms goa.

We refused the room within 10 minutes of checking in. Still @bloom_hotels still charged us for one night. The refund for the remaining nights is yet to be done even after 10 days. Mailed book@staybloom.com and help@staybloom.com. Didn’t receive even an automated acknowledgement.

First of all @bloom_hotels failed to clear cigarette smoke from a room despite having 13hrs to do so. When we pointed out, they put a perfume diffuser to “get rid of the smell”. Didn’t work. And they assigned this smoke filled room for children.
