There is no way to speak to anyone about the order and no updated tracking information on your website. Also I signed on Friday at 1:30pm (late) and you logged it as delivered at 10am (early). How do you stay in business when you are so bad at the only thing you exist to do?

Hi @xdpexpress, I'd just like to say how shit your service is. Friday's delivery was 1/3 completed with no waening that it wasn't all comjng (1hr late), the rest delayed to today. Today's is now 2hrs late and looking unlikely to even arrive today by my estimate.

@xdpexpress we have been waiting for a bed delivery since friday. We only have one of three boxes, and were told that the rest was going to be with us 2 hours ago. We are key workers, but my husband has had to have time off waiting for it. My 8 year old is sleeping on the floor

Got my watercolours and pen and inks out to paint my friends lovely dog Luna. Getting in some much needed practice when it comes to colour use!

@Zombieirishgirl Mine used to be the same, refused to wear anything I chose. In the last year she has gone completely the other way. She'd do everything naked if she could!

@Zombieirishgirl My 8 year old still refuses to get dressed in the morning because I won't help her pick out clothes. I swear she was more independent when she was two!

@Readitdaddy The 8 year old is desperate to see it, and I have to say I've memorised the stage show after being obsessed as a child. Still not super convinced to go though...

Hello @asda I have been waiting all day for a delivery that was supposed to arrive between 10-12. At 1.30 I was told that the driver had broken down at it would be here about 3. Just been told that actually the driver is coming at all as there never was one!!!!

I am so annoyed at @AsdaServiceTeam for not even thinking to inform me that my delivery just wasn't going to turn up today, and in fact lied to me several hours ago saying the van had broken down, when there wasn't even a van on its way. Furious!

@asda If I hadn't have phoned 4 hours after it was due, I don't think I would have been informed at all! No we have no order, no food, and I don't drive! Can't say I'm impressed at all!!!

@asda on top of that, the app was at no point updated (still says the original time slot) and I have to pay for my £90 order AGAIN in order to get it tomorrow, and the original amount won't be back in my account for a couple of days!!!!

@hollieacton I agree. Fuck dusting. And I guess the dog can keep using the washing pile as an enormous makeshift bed for now
