hi @flyspicejet has blocked me on their arrival desk number while my baggage didn’t get boarded in the same flight in which i landed at the bombay airport - they promised me that ill receive my baggage by a given time and gave me a number to call for any updates. 1. didn’t take any accountability for not boarding my bag without informing me 2. didn’t provide electronic proof and just gave a receipt for my baggage that was “supposed to be delivered” despite asking multiple times for an email or sms 3. they didn’t know where my bag actually is!?!? and just “made a guess” that “it must be in Bangalore ma’am” and had no way of tracking it 3. ive to leave from bombay soon but @flyspicejet doesn’t care for shit if all my trip clothes bags shoes everything is not with me on this trip and are not even trying to get it delivered to me on time 4. they’ve blocked me on thir arrival desk number!! and all their other numbers don’t work. the baggage contains sooo many expensive items and there is no accountability from @flyspicejet ‘s end and they are ignoring all calls and messages! worst experience - fuckall company! all their servers were down during checkin and they literally gave bag tags manually (written with pen!!). everytime im calling them from a different number also - they pick up - then as soon as they hear about baggage - they just hang up and block that new number and re route the call! like can they stop the scam pls!? @flyspicejet i need my baggage delivered in the promised time (Today 4:30 PM) as promised and guaranteed by your employee “Vaidehi Mundale - CSA Arrivals Desk” or I will be pursuing this with the concerned authorities and will ensure fair compensation of ALL the items in my bags. and def for the flight booking too - thanks.

Biz is absolutely crushed, used to get plastic raw materials for 30D credit, can’t even get for 9 hours now, cost increased by over 40%. Retailers aren’t willing to pick finished items at such high prices. 35+ employees, paying them since start of the war without production, mounting losses. On top of that, paying extra to arrange cylinders for them. Will have to shut everything down, fire staff if the war doesn’t stop by next week. All SMEs facing similar issues. Eerily similar to corona days.
