There is no facility that distributes these productivity gains to employees. Unions for white collar workers dont exist. Collective bargaining worked for Samsung and SK hynix bonuses. The same cannot be said for accountants at EY and Delloitte. The only employees who benefit from AI were tech workers who received equity comp RSUs from AI companies.
