I run my google ads with @openclaw for $0/month 😱
here's the system that runs autonomously:
step 1: map what you're actually spending
→ agent pulls every keyword from your @GoogleAds account
→ classifies intent: buyers, researchers, comparison shoppers, freebie hunters
→ tells you if overspending on clicks or if you're buying the wrong ones
step 2: kill waste before it compounds
→ @OpenClaw flags keywords burning budget with NO buying intent
→ specific negatives that won't kill your good traffic by accident
→ one account: 23% of spend on research queries. zero conversions. gone.
step 3: separate winners from losers
→ buyers and researchers in the same ad group = bids optimizing against trash
→ agent shows you exactly which ad groups to break up
→ clean signal in, clean decisions out
step 4: write ads from real buyer language
→ agent reads what your converting searchers actually type
→ generates RSAs from their words,
→ not templates. not Google's auto-AI. patterns from YOUR winners
step 5: apply with instant undo
→ every change is a draft. dry run. confirm. done.
→ negatives, pauses, budget shifts w/ full audit trail
→ nothing hits your account without you saying yes
step 6: morning brief + memory that compounds
→ /google-ads daily = what matters today. 90 seconds. → bleeding campaigns, wasted spend, what's ready to scale
→ week 4 catches what week 1 missed. it doesn't forget
input: your google ads account + your target CPA
output: an AI that kills waste, writes ads, shifts budget, and learns what works
agencies charge $3-5K/month for this. this runs for $0.
I packaged the entire system as the google ads kit.
15 @OpenClaw skills:
- connect (setup + health check)
- daily (what matters today)
- audit (full strategic review)
- search-terms (waste + signal + routing)
- intent-map (compounds across sessions)
- negatives (scoped, with collateral warnings)
- structure (campaign architecture)
- rsas (copy from buyer language)
- budget (scaling grounded in signal)
- apply (controlled writes + instant undo)
giving it away free.

Spoke with a freelance marketer who charges by the hour.
Told me he made $450,000 last month.
How is that even possible with an hourly model?
He said that he’s running 300 Clawdbots to do all his work, and charges clients for every hour that they’re running
This is the best way to get rich as a marketer right now!
He's launching a course on how you can do the same
Comment "Hourly" if you want me to send you the course when it drops

your free telegram or discord community is either your best salesperson or it's actively killing your sales. there's no in between
i'll explain what i mean because this one mechanism alone accounts for more revenue than DM closing across every info product backend i've built
when someone grabs your free guide from a CTA tweet, that's not a customer. that's barely even a lead. they downloaded a PDF. cool. 60-70% of them won't even open it. of the ones who do, most skim it and forget about you by tomorrow
but when your auto-DM sends the free guide AND a community invite. and they actually join. everything changes
because now they're not reading a document alone in their DMs. they're sitting inside a room with 130, 200, 400 other people who are all working on the same thing. they see someone post "just made my first $283 sale today." they see someone else ask a question and get a real answer within minutes. they see you in there being active. helping. dropping insights
something happens psychologically that no PDF and no sales page can replicate. they start thinking "these people are actually doing this. this is real. and i'm falling behind by not being in the paid program"
that thought does more selling than any DM conversation you'll ever have
the numbers on this are wild. i've tracked it across multiple accounts
conversion rate from cold DM lead who only got the PDF: 1-3%
conversion rate from someone who joined the free community and stayed active for 2+ weeks: 9-14%
that's a 4-6x difference. from the exact same person. the only variable was whether they entered the community or not
and here's what makes it even crazier. community conversions require zero effort from you per sale. you're not qualifying anyone. you're not on calls. you're not writing long DM sequences. the environment is doing it. the social proof is doing it. the activity is doing it
but. and this is the part most people mess up. a dead community reverses all of this. if someone joins and sees 3 messages from last week and silence everywhere else, their trust drops instantly. they think "this guy has no real students. nobody is actually using this stuff." and they leave and never come back
keeping the community alive is not optional. it's the entire engine. post wins daily even if they're small. ask questions. respond to people. share behind the scenes. get your existing students to post. the energy in that room directly determines how much money you make
an active community with 130 real people in it will outconvert a dead one with 2,000 members every single time
i put together a free doc that goes deep on this whole system. the community structure, how it fits into the full backend, the content strategy that feeds it, the offer tiers, the DM process. the full thing

AI UGC is f*cking cracked 🤯
This fitness transformation video got 121k views on Instagram.
None of it is real. Every frame is AI.
Stack:
→ Nano Banana 2 for seed images
→ Kling for animation
→ CapCut to splice it together
The whole video is just static AI images animated one by one and clipped into a 20-second transformation.
No actors, no shoots, no editing team.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies running UGC-style ads on Meta and TikTok who want to test transformation creatives at scale.
I recorded a step-by-step Loom walking through the entire process:

i've worked on info product backends for accounts ranging from 800 followers to 40K+ followers
and i'll tell you something that'll piss off a lot of people
the accounts under 3K followers are consistently outearning the ones with 20K-40K. and it's not even close
here's why
big account posts a CTA tweet. gets 50K views. 300 comments. looks incredible from the outside. but look closer. 80% of those commenters are other creators doing engagement farming loops with each other. they're not buyers. they're not even interested. they just want you to comment on their post next
the DMs fill up with people who grab the free guide and never open it. no community to drop them into. no warming mechanism. no offer ladder. just a PDF in a DM that goes straight to the message requests graveyard
now look at the small account
2,200 followers. posts 3 times a day. one authority tweet that proves he actually knows what he's talking about. one personal tweet that makes him feel real. one CTA tweet that drives maybe 40 comments
but those 40 people are actual humans interested in the topic. the auto-DM sends two things. the free guide AND the community link. they join the telegram or discord. they see 200 other people working, posting wins, asking questions. the environment does something no tweet can do. it builds trust passively
within 2-3 weeks a chunk of those people are ready. they either buy the $497 system on their own because the community warmed them up. or they DM asking about 1-on-1 help. that's where the $1K-$5K sales happen
the math:
40 comments per CTA tweet × 7 days = 280 leads per week
even if only 30% join the community = 84 new members per week
10% of community members convert within 30 days = ~34 sales per month
if the mid-ticket product is $497 that's $16,898/month
the big account with 50K views and 300 comments but no backend? maybe $800/month. maybe less. because attention without a conversion system is just entertainment
followers are a vanity metric. the backend is the business
i put together a free doc that breaks down this whole system. the offer tiers, the community warming mechanism, the content split, the DM process, everything i run across the accounts i build

your offer matters WAY more than your script in outreach
i've seen shit scripts with great offers get 2.5% reply rates
i've seen perfect scripts with weak offers get 0.3%
took me 3 hours to put together 23 pages on how to craft offers that PRINT replies
- the irresistible offer formula
- good vs bad offers (side by side)
- offers for 10+ different niches
- risk reversal structures that work
- how to test and find your winner
after sending 1,000,000+ emails and generating $480k last year i'm giving away everything i know about offers

Everyone’s using the same AI tools. Same models. Same agents. So why do some ads convert while others flop? Because the agent isn’t the advantage.
