the new proof scheme is undergoing checks in the devnet, an updated web client is on the way (a changelog will also be available), several important primitives have been added, and the old "keyswitch" is now safe to call + the added recrypt functionality now allows for unlimited enc/dec depth ops as soon as we finish with the security things, everyone will be able to upgrade (it is also worth noting the lite node, which will be available to run without delays once the webclient has been updated)
