As an interdisciplinary conf, a huge thanks to my co-organizers @randall_balestr @ethayarajh @XYHan_ for working to bring everyone together. Plus support from @ChicagoBooth and @CAAI_Booth that has made this possible.

Business education and research is all about improving decision making, i.e., reasoning over counterfactuals to choose optimal actions. This is exactly the promise of WMs! WM@Booth will bring together researchers across computer and social sciences to push the SOTA.

Lunar Surface Day One Update (23FEB2024 0818 CST) Odysseus is alive and well. Flight controllers are communicating and commanding the vehicle to download science data. The lander has good telemetry and solar charging. We continue to learn more about the vehicle’s specific information (Lat/Lon), overall health, and attitude (orientation). Intuitive Machines CEO Steve Altemus will participate in a press conference later today to discuss this historic moment. Press conference information will be coordinated with NASA and published shortly.

@toniwhited @farzado @Delta I was sitting in an exit row and they said that in the event of an emergency the mask would prevent me from assisting. They let me swap with another aisle seat not in the exit row...

@blynch41 @farzado @Delta Yikes. I've never had a flight attendant tell me to take the mask off. I'd get off the plane if they insisted.

Boy am I hating on @Delta at this moment. There was a PA announcement that we could continue wearing our masks if we want. So passive aggressive. I’m not doing this for fun. Health issues are a load of laughs.

@toniwhited @farzado @Delta Sorry to hear this. I still mask up, especially when traveling. I've had other passengers say things to me, flight attendants ask me to take the mask off. I don't think I'll ever understand the vitriol towards something that helps protect all parties, esp us more vulnerable.

@farzado @Delta Exactly. You can wear scarves if you want. You can wear hats if you want. The list goes on. I put in a complaint to Delta.
