@Bederowlaw Mark ..hasn’t the statute of limitations run on all/many of these potential criminal cases? I say prosecute these deviants if possible, but don’t understand how that can be done at this point, so many years later.

regarding the so-called "Epstein files." It is still America and you cannot assume that merely being named in emails or communications or being the subject of a report to an FBI agent without more is credible proof of anything. FBI agents document what people tell them in "302" reports. It doesn't mean the agent credits or discredits what he/she is being told. There are many bad people who must be brought to justice and some of them are certainly named in these documents. But accusing someone of being a sexual predator based on an uncorroborated report or hearsay in an email between others is unwise. Be discerning. Credibility matters!

@Nickyhaircuts I hope KR wins both cases. But it would be highly unusual for a plaintiff’s firm not to take that case on a contingency & also agree to front all of the expenses. The legal fee would be paid from a settlement/jury award and any expenses would be reimbursed in addition to the fee

The Alberts, McCabe's and Brian Higgins have filed to move Karen Read's lawsuit against them out of Bristol County to Federal Court 2. A motion from Read's team to compel former Trooper Michael Proctor to produce a "discrete set" of documents

A redacted copy of Karen Read’s motion to dismiss references many issues the defense has previously raised in court. It accuses the Commonwealth of “destroying exculpatory evidence, withholding exculpatory evidence, and interfering with the jury….” Going through it all now.

New filing in the Karen Read case from the prosecution. Special Prosecutor Hank Brennan says he turned over 4 items to defense. 1. 2 page State Police report 2. Lt. Tully's notes associated with that report 3. "Identification documents of Chloe" (Albert's had a dog named Chloe) 4. Report from Jessica Hyde who testified for prosecution in 1st trial that 2:27a google search "timestamp" did not mean search occurred then. We see the reports have been turned over but the actual documents do not get published.

Last night Eric Huss suffered an injury from an inadvertent skate to his neck. He was transported after a pivotal response from our trainer, Rachel Leahy. Eric underwent successful surgery to repair a severe laceration to his neck and will return to West Point today. Warrior.
