On 18th September @SimonHarrisTD promised to meet with myself and Stephen to discuss Harvey’s lack of care. 10 months on and that meeting never happened, and now Harvey is gone. On the day we were celebrating Harvey’s short life and saying our final goodbyes, he was posting selfies at his brother’s wedding. The same brother that supposedly is the reason Harris sees disability issues as a ‘top priority’. In actual fact, he doesn’t care at all. Couldn’t even take the time to meet us when we were begging for help. We will never have another moment of peace, and we endeavour to insure that anyone that failed Harvey doesn’t either. #JusticeForHarvey

I know some great nationalists like @FergusPower1 @PhilipDwyer_MOI @gavpepper85 have highlighted Nicola Fox's campaign this year, but to given an update, Nicola is currently in custody in Manchester prison. The below post is from @FloristGate Facebook: PLEASE RT to bring awareness‼️ Evening all, This may be a long post but hopefully I can capture your attention to read this post till the very end. First of all I want to thank Each and everyone of you that reached out to me here and in private messages. As a family, we haven't been as heartbroken as the day my mother passed away. Receiving the news that Nicola had been put into custody to a women's prison in Manchester yesterday. Nicolas story began when she met, and fell in love with Phil Chadwick in Manchester. They shared a house, and she became pregnant. Shortly after this, Phil Chadwick showed his narcissistic and coercive side towards Nicola. So much so, that when they went to a restaurant for a meal, nicola had sit on the side facing the wall, so she couldn't make any eye contact with any males that might have been sitting at the adjoining tables. Shortly after her son was born, Nicola fled with the baby back to Dublin. Chadwick couldn't handle the fact that Nicola had walked away from him and his abusive behaviour. He filed for sole custody of their child within weeks of nicola coming back to Dublin. A court order was granted on his behalf, that the child be brought to Manchester for overnight visits. This was complied with at Nicolas expense. Sometimes with nicola having to sleep in manchester airport due to a ryanair flight being cancelled or missed. Harry became more anxious before each subsequent visit, and would cry and plead with Nicola not to send him. She informed the father of Harry's anxiety issues on travelling to Manchester, and asked him to come to Dublin to visit Harry, even offering for her to move out of the home she had set up in dublin for the weekend, so that the father could stay in the environment and safe place that Harry called home. This offer was rejected out of hand, and Nicola was told that she must deliver the child to him in Manchester that was prescribed by the court, regardless of the anxiety such trips had been causing his son. This narcissist even demanded face time or skype calls with the child from 2 years of age. When the child would not stay easy for a skype call at 2 years of age, nicola fell foul of his abuse for not being able to get the child to stay still on camera. Nicola sought professional help as to why Harry was being so anxious on the mention of trips to manchester. Covid hit us all and Harry couldn't travel to manchester which annoyed the father, but at the same time he didn't contact nicola or his son in 8 months! When covid ended trips would be resumed to manchester; the trips that harry would cry and get upset at the thoughts of travelling on an airplane and away from nicola. Phil Chadwick was asked again to reconsider and come to dublin. Nicola even sending him screenshot of flights where he could come over and leave on the same day. Chadwick refused this, as he was with a new partner and was not prepared to take the time to come to dublin. Nicola Informed the father that she was not going to put the child through any more anxiety, and asked him to come and visit Harry in dublin for the welfare of the child. He took this and twisted it as to say that Nicola had broken a court order for his parental visits. He instigated legal proceedings against nicola, again for full custody of the child. There was a court assessor appointed by the courts in the name of professor Jim Sheehan. The reports were to establish facts in the case as to Harrys's wellbeing and living conditions; at a cost of between €6000 and €8000 per report. Jim Sheehan, not only did he do one report, but he did 8 over a period of time, that the father paid for. In one of the reports, Sheehan wrote about his visit to nicolas home in Crumlin, where he met Harry. He went on to describe the extended kitchen in her home, a fancy leather jacket that was hanging in the hallway belonging to Harry, a jacket that harry told him, his grandfather had brought him back from holidays. It was a BMW jacket because Harry loved anything to do with cars. The mind boggles as to why this would be mentioned in a court report, if only to suggest that the child was happy in his environment because he was bought presents. In all reports written by Jim Sheehan, nicola was never accused of being a neglecting mother, or a mother that had difficulties with addiction or her mental health, however Jim Sheehan had cited the pseudoscience of parental alienation in his reports. This being where one parent turns the child against the other. Nowhere in the reports had jim sheehan mentioned Chadwicks refusal to come to dublin, nor ever stated that offers had been made by nicola to come to a comprimise where she would move out of her house to facilitate a comfortable and more relaxed environment for Harry to have visits in. But the reports that he furnished to the courts were a one sided version, where he put his findings on parental alienation. The child was taken out of his classroom in school in june 2023 in his school uniform and brought to the court by his grandfather. He was taken into a room to be interviewed by Ruth Moore o'farrell, a guardian ad litem, without the presence of Nicola. Unlike what you may see in a movie, the child was never seen or spoken to by the judge that was to decide his future. Instead the judge listened to Ruth Moore O'Farrells voice saying 'if you are going to make a decision on transferring the custody of the child to Phil Chadwick, I suggest you do it now, while i am in the court, so i can facilitate an easy hand over'. This child was given to Phil Chadwick in the court, in the clothes he stood in, with no goodbye's to his school mates that he left behind just 2 hours previously. No change of clothes. No favourite toys. No fancy leather jacket that Sheehan felt had to be mentioned in his court report. But what was left in dublin on that day, was the breakfast dishes from Harrys cereal in the dishwasher. His bed, still unmade. His heartbroken mother, and her devastated parents. And the cries that filled the courtroom. The pleas from Harry to his mother 'no, no mammy, why are they doing this?'. This was all done under the in camera ruling, which banned nicola from seeking answers or talking about the injustice of Sheehans reports. Today we see the new minister for justice Jim O'Callaghan putting submissions to change the in camera ruling. So we are all free to speak out about what has been happening behind the closed doors of the irish courts . So mothers and fathers can tell their stories of the reports jim sheehan has been submitting into the court system for years. Finally, when Nicola decided to break her silence, and bring awareness to the injustice that has happened upon her and her innocent child, she decided she would also bring her campaign to Manchester, where chadwick lives. He had her arrested for doing so stating that she was harassing him. Some weeks ago after being released from 12 hours custody, and missing her two weekly 4 hour visit with her child, she was released on bail from Manchester police station. One of the conditions was that she was not to contact Chadwick or speak about him on social media. However when being presented with a summons from the courts in Manchester on behalf of phil chadwick for a gagging order she took to social media and shared it. Chadwick informed the police of the post on #bringharryhome Facebook page. He demanded her arrest on the breaches of her bail conditions. This was done at a play zone in front of her child. She was brought to magistrates court yesterday in Manchester and remanded to a woman's prison until the 2nd of June! Coincidentally at the same time Jim Sheehan had sought a gagging order in the irish courts against Nicola having a silent protest outside his home/office and any mentioning of him on social media. The mind boggles as to why this happened on the same day as nicola would be held in police custody awaiting court appearance in Manchester. Who's protecting who? Who's hiding what?
