@ThemeParkFrog Hi there! I have 6 adult Disney passes bought from you in 2019 for 2020 visit now expires in Sept 2021. I need a refund. Called Disney Florida but after 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting I gave up. Cost from UK too high! Can you help? They keep saying talk to you!

Very disappointed with @BlenheimPalace - having paid out £28.50 to visit and then upgrade to an annual pass last weekend - we find there is no availability for annual pass holders this weekend. But wait - "good availability" if you buy another ticket! Cynical commercialism.
