I know this is unpopular, but it will always be unattractive for a grown man to play video games. Some women might be understanding or pretend like they don’t care that you spend hours playing, but they do. It is extremely unattractive to women and will never not be. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@themerriestmen Good grief. Grouping is a way to make a memorized process easier and faster. It's not a substitute for memorizing the fundamentals. There are many cases (8+9 being one particularly good example) where rote memorization is faster and more practical.

As someone who does a lot of regrouping in mental math, I can tell you it can't be taught. All the stupid methods thet taught in school made no sense to me. And if it was worthless for me, it was worse for those who'd never get it. They should've just memorized and moved on.

Whenever I see the lefty legal beagles -- and some on the right as well -- complain about abuses by the Trump DOJ in pursuing someone like Jim Comey, I always think of @MichaelRCaputo and his family. The Mueller investigation cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees. He was forced to leave his longtime home in Buffalo and move to Florida for the safety of his young daughters. His professional life built up after 30 years of hard work was destroyed. And Mike is just one of dozens or hundreds of people that the hyper-partisans left-overs of the Obama Admin., and later members of the Biden Admin, destroyed financially in an investigation they KNEW WAS A BASELESS HOAX. So, save me your tears of Jim Comey and some others being "abused" by the Trump DOJ. Todd Blanche didn't make the rules.

I don't know why it's so hard for people to understand. Study the Bible, study theology. Sermons, Sunday school, bible studies, morning reading, family worship. But when you have men's/women's group, use that time to wisely discuss practical particulars.

There is a very real and unbridgeable divide in this country. I have experienced it first hand. I have hob nobbed with the most Libbed out Libs at happy hours and ball rooms in DC, and I have attended get togethers around bonfires in deep red rural Virginia. One group wants to be left alone, and one group, in a very real sense not an abstract one, wants the other eliminated. I’m pro doing whatever we can to secure our safety for as long as we have to.
