My biggest frustrations with mental health communities is that they always forget that everyone's experiences will look different. Especially with DID, everyone seems to think that difference = faking, even though it's an adaptive survival mechanism that's based off your needs

i think hate of all forms, whether it be racism, homophobia, misogyny, misandry, etc. should not be the norm especially misandry, since it’s getting to a point where it’s common to dehumanize if you are known by what you hate, and not by what you love, you need to reflect
