Why? Because the Boomers have Pluto (hate) in Leo (children).

I was this 🤏🏼 close to posting about avoidant men last night. Here’s my take:
First things first: dear men.. I truly empathize with your experience. I know you suffer, and when I think about living this way I’d immediately want to transform it the moment it entered my awareness.
With that being said, everyone else suffers as a result of your unwillingness to acknowledge and unpack the trauma ruining your relationships.
What happened in your childhood is not your fault, but as an adult, it is 100% your responsibility to address it. At some point, “that’s just who I am” is bypassing. It is a choice.
Awareness is the doorway.
Acceptance is the first step.
Commitment to doing the work is the solution.
Now, as a woman: you have to create a safe space for him to dive into the work. Not by simply “understanding,” walking on eggshells and coddling to the wounded version of him. But by lovingly inviting him to explore himself with curiosity. By clearly communicating your needs, the way in which his actions impact you - not from a place of judgement and victimhood - but rather from a place of respect and compassion.
Shine light on his patterns, teach him how to regulate his nervous system and give him space to integrate. Act as a real partner, not like his coach or mother, and trust the pace of his unfolding. When two people in their individual power work together in unison towards a common goal, real transformation happens. It’s not one against the other, but rather both against the problem actively finding the solution.
Kings, i say this from the bottom of my heart: t’s time for you to take accountability and show up differently. Because women, children, families and the world are in desperate need of real masculinity. You play a vital role in this planet - and you can’t fulfill your purpose when you’re still running from yourself.
