Need help from @Meta / @facebookapp ASAP Have been blocked out of my account for 8 days. Every time I log in, all I see is this window. I have tried to appeal it on Oversight Board but I can't log in to appeal due to my FB being locked 😂 PLEASE HELP!!!!

Why I respectfully disagree with Naval Ravikant on time management. @naval says the goal is to live without a schedule. No calendar. No commitments. No obligations. He calls it freedom. But for the high-achieving founders, creators, and execs I coach— That’s not freedom. That’s disguised chaos. Structure isn’t the enemy. It’s the foundation. When you’re constantly reacting to the moment or waiting to “feel inspired,” you become a prisoner to inconsistency—and that leads to burnout faster than any packed calendar ever could. As a burnout and life design coach, I see this all the time: ➤ The belief that more flexibility equals more peace ➤ The illusion that fewer commitments will lead to more clarity ➤ The avoidance of structure in the name of spontaneity Here’s what actually works: ✅ Scheduling what matters ✅ Creating boundaries around your energy ✅ Designing your calendar to reflect your values—not your fears Naval’s approach works for him—but that doesn’t mean it works for everyone. If you want to build a sustainable, fulfilling life— Don’t run from structure. Use it as your superpower.

I was at my lowest of lows. That’s how I felt stepping into 2025. I had just wrapped my first full year running my own coaching business—and my bank account was glowing red. I had left a safe six-figure salary, with great benefits, a strong company culture, and PTO. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t where I was meant to be. That chapter had served me… but it was time for the next one. I entered the new year as a delusional optimist, convinced everything would magically work itself out. Nine months later… it hadn’t. To be fully honest and vulnerable: as the reality of my business hit me, I sank into one of the darkest places I’d ever been. Q4 of 2024 was my dark night of the soul. I started questioning my worth. For the first time in my life, I questioned if I even wanted to keep going. Even writing that feels heavy. I felt ashamed. Overwhelmed. Unable to provide for myself or my family. Every day felt like a battle. During that low point, a buddy challenged me: “Read the Bible every day for 30 days. If you don’t feel a shift by the end, stop.” At the time, I had already tried every self-care tool in the book. Cold plunges. Journaling. Routines. Podcasts. Still, it wasn’t enough. I’d been tiptoeing around a relationship with Jesus for about two years—never fully committed, always hesitant. But in that moment, I felt like I had nothing to lose. So I surrendered. And I showed up. Every day, I read the Word. I joined a men’s run + Bible study club. Listened to sermons. Attended church. Prayed in my room, on walks, while driving—any moment I could. I stopped trying to fix everything on my own and started building a real relationship with God. That’s when things started to shift. First on the inside—then on the outside. I felt more peace, more love, more trust. I led with service, expecting nothing in return. I took ownership of my role as a partner (still a work in progress!) And suddenly, work opportunities began flowing in—aligned, intentional, and fulfilling. Now, ~100 days later, I can say this: My life has done a complete 180. And if I trace it back to the moment everything began to change… It was Him. I’m not sharing this for applause or attention. I’m sharing it in case even one person out there is feeling lost, alone, or hopeless. If I found my way out of the valley—you can too. Speak up. Ask for help. And know this: you are not alone on this journey.

This morning, I realized something powerful. We celebrate Thanksgiving to appreciate what we already have, not what’s pending on our to-do lists. Here’s 1 thing I wish I knew before: Rest isn’t the opposite of productivity—it fuels it. Many entrepreneurs believe: — “I can’t disconnect without falling behind.” — “I’ll be calmer if I just finish one more thing.” — “People will think I’m lazy if I take a full break.” In reality: — Work tasks never truly end. — Being present is a gift to yourself and others. — Boundaries teach respect, starting with yourself. This Thanksgiving, choose to disconnect so you can reconnect with what matters most.

How to start your day without toxic dopamine. Ever feel like you’re starting your day on autopilot, reaching for your phone the second you wake up? That quick scroll might seem harmless, but it’s actually a hit of toxic dopamine—instantly triggering cravings that keep you chasing the next notification, the next post, the next ‘like.’ When you flood your brain with these artificial dopamine spikes first thing in the morning, you’re setting yourself up to crave quick hits of pleasure all day. It’s like running on empty from the start, constantly needing the next boost to keep going. But what if you started your morning with natural dopamine instead? Try a meditation, a workout, or step outside for some fresh air. These small habits stimulate dopamine in a healthy, sustainable way, setting up your brain for focus and fulfillment instead of constant craving. Design Your Life Men’s Retreat: COMPLETE! ✅ I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, love, and joy. Hosting a retreat has been a longtime bucket list dream, and having the chance to bring it to life feels truly special. The week leading up to the retreat, I found myself in a dark mental space, overthinking and questioning my path. Then I walked into this experience and was reminded—this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing. This weekend was full of intentionality, authenticity, and transformation. The breakthroughs I witnessed in the men and within myself were profound and difficult to put into words. The unexpected, in-between moments carried so much beauty, creating a kind of magic none of us could have predicted. Every person played a role in making this retreat truly unforgettable, and I’m proud of what we built together. This is just the beginning. More retreats are on the horizon for 2025 and beyond!
