I was defrauded by someone accessing my account. Called your company at least half dozen times. Provided details. Yet no one interviewed me. And you close the fraud investigation stating charges were authorized. Ridiculous. Horrible advocate for legitimate customers.

@Genworth no Genworth benefit payment in 2 months. Genworth requiring Confinement form , and yet new Assisted Living facility hasn’t received yet. I was able to get confinement form from Genworth in May and send to Facility. But Genworth hasn’t paid in 2 months. Please help.

@Genworth I was under the impression a ‘Provider Inquiry’ form was being sent to the new facility - ALSO- why can’t these forms be emailed for expediency verse USPS mail? I appreciate your assistance.

@Genworth My mother is policy holder. Has to transfer to another Assisted Living facility due to current one closing. Why does it take Genworth so long to approve transfer? This is urgent she must move.
