How is this for customer service? I enroll in Dec 2025, by Feb I have not received my card! I called and was told it takes 10-14 business days to get a card, the lady offered to replace the card. I said NO, lets wait. She still processed it. When the original card finally arrived, it did work. I was denied benefits. So I called and was told the original card could not be activated, and was offered to send yet another replacement, which means another 10-14 days - I said NO, I will wait. I asked for anything expedited and they said no cards can be expedited but they would send checks. Checks? in 2026? Not one of my online providers accepts checks!!! I called again today, to be told the card must be lost because i was mailed in Feb. They once again offered to replace it if I wait another 10-14 business days!!!! THIS IS HEALTHCARE! I am not asking for an @amazon gift card! I asked to speak with a manager and they are asking my the valid reason to speak with someone!!!!!!! Enrolled in Dec and I still cant seek healthcare!!!!!!!!

There’s still time for employees to max out last year’s HSA contributions. They can keep adding to their 2025 contributions until the tax filing deadline — up to the maximum limit!
