If a man earns Rs. 80K per month. Will it be a financially sound decision to buy a Hyundai Creta for around Rs. 15-18 lacs on loan?

🚨 BREAKING NEWS | LIFE-SAVING ALERT 🚨 🫀 CPR CAN DOUBLE SURVIVAL — HERE’S WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW INDIA | PUBLIC SAFETY UPDATE Health authorities and emergency responders urge citizens to learn Hands-Only CPR, after multiple recent incidents where bystanders saved lives before ambulances arrived. If someone collapses and is not breathing, every second counts. 🚑 EMERGENCY CPR PROTOCOL (SIMPLIFIED) 🔴 STEP 1: CHECK & SHOUT • Ensure the area is safe • Tap and shout: “Are you okay?” • No response = emergency 🔴 STEP 2: CALL 112 • Ask someone nearby to call 112 • Alone? Call on speaker mode 🔴 STEP 3: CHECK BREATHING (5–10 sec) • No breathing or gasping? ➡️ START CPR IMMEDIATELY 🔴 STEP 4: HAND POSITION • Hands in the centre of the chest • Elbows locked, shoulders above hands 🔴 STEP 5: PUSH HARD & FAST • Depth: ~5 cm • Speed: 100–120 compressions/min 🎵 Think: “Stayin’ Alive” 🔴 STEP 6: DON’T STOP Continue until: • Ambulance arrives • Person breathes • AED is used • You are exhausted 🫁 NO MOUTH-TO-MOUTH REQUIRED Officials confirm: ✔ Hands-only CPR is effective for adults ✔ Do not hesitate — action saves lives ⚠️ OFFICIAL WARNING • Broken ribs can happen — that’s acceptable • Doing nothing is deadly • CPR is only for unconscious, non-breathing persons 📢 PUBLIC MESSAGE: You don’t need medical training to save a life. You need courage. Share this. Someone’s life may depend on it. #CPRSavesLives #HandsOnlyCPR #PublicSafety

Hello everyone! An update Citizens Generic vs. Branded Drugs Project From the final list we have procured 131 drugs inclusive of branded, branded generics, Jan Aushadhi and local/trade generics All are packed, sealed and ready to be shipped for analysis today. We expect the results in 4-6 weeks. 5 parameters of drug quality will be tested: 1⃣Identity: Confirms the drug substance matches the label claim. 2⃣Assay (Drug Content): Quantifies the active ingredient against the label's required amount. 3⃣Impurities/Purity: Measures unwanted substances to ensure they meet safety specifications. 4⃣Dissolution: Measures the active ingredients' dissolving rate to predict absorption. 5⃣Uniformity of Dosage Units: Ensures each dosage unit contains a consistent amount of the active ingredient. The total cost of analysis: 131 drugs at ₹21,000 = ₹27,51,000 We have currently raised: ₹24,12,105 from your fantastic contributions in less than a week! Good morning! The government recommend that doctors prescribe generics because they are affordable. We already know this. But are they effective and safe? There is literally ZERO transparent data on this. This is why our citizen-led Citizens Generics vs. Branded Drugs Project is going to be the game changer. Funding for this project is ongoing and people have been extremely helpful and supportive. We have now raised approximately INR 20,00,000 for this intense project. You can contribute or ask your friends and family to help support this project that will give us a huge amount of information on quality of major branded and generic drugs in the Indian market. To contribute any amount, please use this link: pages.razorpay.com/GenericvsBrand… Here is a list of all the drugs we have purchased (40 numbers each) for the quality assessment! Thank you once again for keeping this fire alive and burning. Let us do it! Key to abbreviations: JANAUSH = Jan Aushadi, DAVA = Dava India Generics, GENADH = Generics Aadhar, KMSCL = Kerala State Government Generic, BGENERIC = Branded Generics. Rest are local pharmacy available generics or proper (expensive) brands.

@soorajchandran_ A constant thought for me and my partner as well. Bangalore is good for the energy and vibes but Pune is more laid back and family friendly. And Cochin wins because of good connectivity and relatively being affordable and having the home state advantage

Did a thought exercise with my partner "where would we live if we were move back to India" - of course within our constraints. Our home town - both of us are from same district - and Kochi are the only two places that checks most of the list.

Made small updates to the home office. Osmo Pocket is now my webcam. Got a refurbished herman miller - everything people say about the comfort is true. Top notch. Added a few of my favourite pictures as well.

Why are restaurants so obsessed with premature evacuation of plates and menus? Is it really that expensive to print 10 extra menu cards or buy 50 extra plates so that everyone can decide what they want and eat in peace? I'm genuinely curious to know.

My front left tyre got damaged. I noticed it yesterday. @NHAI_Official @nitin_gadkari @OfficeOfNG Who is going to pay for it? You're shamelessly collecting tolls on that road. There are at least 50 foot-deep potholes on that paid road. New one costs ₹10k.

@SahibKhandpur @BaluGorade Fortunately my car didn't get damaged but the road between Shamli and Baraut is horrible. Last night I had to drive there and went thru at least 4 very deep potholes (atleast a foot deep) at more than 70kmph. And the shameless toll collection continues.

@TopDriverIndia Living in Pune, it’s usually 30-40 minutes for me. Except this one time when the crazy rains happened and city got waterlogged. I reached airport in 2.5 hours that time. Still better than Bangalore.

Traveled from Bellandur to Bengaluru airport just now. It took 1 hour 45 minutes! Insane. Plus the roads are all dug up and pot hole ridden. Sorry to say but I think Bangalore has the worst roads of India. This is not sustainable. It will create a host of health problems for commuters in the next 10 years.
