@DuelingParkNews I think they’re happy to pay a premium to be on the water. That space has pretty limited frontage and would be impacted by events they do at the little stage. It does suck to lose the open feeling of city walk though.

Instead of building Category 10 here, I’m shocked they didn’t choose this spot.
It’s has 3 stories with septic/water/electrical, a kitchen, and TM access.
Seems like a good spot. No offense Legacy Store + Rising Star. Then the proposed area could be more waterfront dining. 😅
