@Clear you’ve got to do a better job of managing traffic at TSA-pre. Multiple times recently (DTW and today at ATL) I went into Clear TSA line and it’s significantly longer than regular TSA. Makes me frustrated to spend $$ on Clear

@marshal Metro Detroit! Suburbs are beautiful, plus you can drive just a few hours and be on one of the Great Lakes which might as well be the ocean. Detroit airport is Intl. 4.25% state income tax. Many great country clubs. An unexpected place, but a great one that checks your boxes

My wife and I have started to consider the idea of moving away from Texas. Cities were considering: - Raleigh, NC - Nashville, TN (Brentwood area?) - Charlotte, NC - St. Louis, MO (Ladue area) Anything else that’s similar we should consider? We want big TREES, great nature, four seasons of weather. International airport, and ideally country clubs nearby. States with a high income tax are a no go. 5-6% state income tax is max I want to do coming from 0%. Summers in Texas are the worst. We can’t do it anymore.

@thescottleese Totally agree, unless u r in a key role (founder, head of product, CRO). Outside of those, non-solicit is the only protection that is fair. Work for competitor? Fine. But don’t hire away our talent or customers.

Non-Compete clauses are total bs. If you can be fired or laid off for any/no reason, then you should be able to work anywhere you can and want.
