Good afternoon! Does anyone have beautiful water shots to share? This is an image from Maramec Spring, Missouri. The 5th largest spring in MO with an average water volume of 100 million gallons per day.

@jennyrozelle Is it a good idea to include the date that the trust was formed as part of the title?

Insider tip (from an estate attorney): If you set up a Trust, you can name it whatever you want. Sure, you can go with something standard like “Smith Family Trust”… but you don’t have to.

Yes, the video in that AccuWeather post is AI-generated.Why it's obvious:The hummingbird's movements are unnaturally smooth and repetitive (almost looping). The way it interacts with the flower looks physically off — especially the tongue and feeding animation. Lighting, shadows, and feather details have that slight "uncanny" AI sheen common in current video generators (like Kling, Runway, or Luma).

We ran into a potential disaster when finishing our basement. Our ceiling was sagging in the middle. The contractor who looked at it said there should have been an additional support beam in our basement that the builder just skipped out on. With the kitchen island on the floor above, and adding more weight with sheetrock ceilings, it was a safety risk to finish the basement without taking care of the support beam first. Doing it now cost us an additional $3500 that we weren't planning on spending. It was a necessary expense. And a great example of how homeownership (and projects) never go as smoothly as planned. Budget accordingly!

I've been working on tax software for the past 5 years. This is the last year anyone will have to pay for TurboTax. You can try it yourself today: - add the Aiwyn Tax connector inside of Claude (link below) - give it access to your tax documents (W-2s, etc.) - ask Claude to prepare your tax return ...and that's it!

@savanah2j It is really expensive. It is a nice place but they charge too much. I was a member and I never used all the facility. If you are going to spend a lot of time there maybe it is worth it. Ask about the costs of the trainers and classes before you sign up.

Look I’m very into health and fitness there’s a lifetime gym opening by my house and I was planning on getting a membership, starting price is $339 per month. Doesn’t that seem a little steep or am I just outta touch because I haven’t paid for a gym in a long time??

In the <24 hrs since a very kind person posted that he liked my photos & thought other folks might, too, my account has exploded, from a meager 260 or so followers, to over 2000 followers. I am humbled beyond words, and completely gobsmacked. Thank you all so very much. 🥰

@cfromhertz I was surprised to see the stat that roughly 12.5% of the US adult population is currently using GLP-1. I guess the cost is not so much of a big issue.

@SenJohnKennedy Maybe government should also mention that one big problem for a surviving spouse is not having copies of Marriage Licenses and birth certificates when a spouse passes away. All citizens should have these important documents in a safe place.

Sen. Schumer and the rest of my Democratic colleagues should drop all their gauzy rhetoric about showing an ID to vote being “racist” or “sexist.” Nobody believes them. Voter ID is prudent, and 83% of voters say so.

Thanks for your post. My wife went through a similar situation and we only were able to detect the breast cancer with an MRI after convincing the GYN that it was needed. I am having trouble linking to the essay. I can find the YouTube of the today show, can you share the link to the essay?

Actress Amanda Peete (54) was diagnosed with stage 2 hormone-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer last fall — caught only because she pushed for answers after vague symptoms and dense breast tissue made it harder to detect. Key takeaways from her story + breast surgeon Dr. Elisa Port: - Dense breasts (nearly 50% of women over 40) make mammograms less effective (can miss up to 40% of cancers). - Persistent symptoms (even with “normal” tests) deserve extra imaging — an outside MRI or ultrasound can make the difference. - Most breast cancers today are highly treatable; lumpectomy + radiation often suffices, with <5% local recurrence risk and ~91% overall survival. Peete credits early detection, faith, and her mission to help others. She’s now cancer-free post-treatment and using her platform to encourage women to advocate for themselves. Dense breasts or persistent “something’s not right” symptoms? Have you (or someone close) ever had to push for more testing beyond standard mammograms? Your stories 👇

So many folks are complaining about having to locate a birth certificate or marriage license in order to vote. These are two of several documents which may be required when you die as part of your estate. Help your spouse or Executor by keeping these important documents in a safe place. Maybe the expert on this matter @jennyrozelle has a full list of important documents. After you have the documents -- register to vote!

It’s not just Chicago or other big cities courting BK, California and a handful of other blue states with enormous unfunded pension liabilities teetering at insolvency. A new chapter in the BK Code for states would be a good, bipartisan thing to do in ‘27. foxnews.com/politics/chica…
