I genuinely can’t wrap my head around this idea that doctors are getting rich off pharma by prescribing medications that cost $4. Like…what exactly is the payout supposed to be for prescribing metformin or an albuterol inhaler? We are not getting “rich” off generics. There’s no secret check tied to writing a prescription for meds that have been around for decades and cost less than your morning coffee. And no, we don’t get a Venmo every time we prescribe a brand name medication either. If anything, we’re prescribing generics, hunting down savings programs, and constantly arguing with insurance companies just to get medications covered for our patients. The narrative just doesn’t hold up.

@MattBMartin False. “In contrast, from 1970 to 2022 age‐adjusted mortality for other heart disease subtypes increased by 81% (from 68 to 123 per 100 000), with the greatest increases in heart failure (146% increase), hypertensive heart disease (106% increase) and arrhythmias (450% increase).”

@IanCopeland5 Please post your study showing vaccines don’t cause cancer. I am not aware of that one. And SV40 has been found in batches of covid 19 vax. Do you not do any research?

1. SV40 is not in the vaccines. 2. HIV is not in the vaccines. 3. The vaccines don't cause cancer. 4. Normal people (who you call provaxers) aren't obsessed will Bill Gates or Dr. Fauci, only antivaxers are...

Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates injected the World with HIV and Cancer. “A SV40 Monkey Virus…that showed up in 1951-1955…now shows up in the ‘Covid Vaccine’…75 years later…?” It’s TIME for INDICTMENTS

Be brutally honest: Do you agree with the left that the Supreme Court just failed Black voters nationwide by refusing to address decades of voting discrimination that have made it harder for Black Americans to elect their own representatives? Yes or no?

@DrNeilStone Number one cause of polio at the moment IS the vaccine. And I got all the vaccines and still got many of these diseases. Most of them perfectly treatable. You keep leaving out the massive decline in the health of our children, autism, allergies, autoimmune diseases. Coincidence?

The most vaccinated place in the world is in Ireland. It's a place called Waterford. They had the highest vaccination rate in the world. Then they suffered the highest Covid rate in Ireland. And then they had the highest excess deaths. The local health authority got an award from the World Health Organisation for the way they handled the pandemic. They had the highest death rate, having had the highest vaccination rate. 85% excess deaths at one stage they were on. – Andrew Bridgen @ABridgen

Heliotherapy of the 1900s demolishes the claim that solar UV light exposure is inherently dangerous, which is the foundation the modern narrative rests on It was pioneered by figures like Niels Finsen and Auguste Rollier, using controlled, gradual sun exposure to treat tuberculosis of the skin and bone, lupus vulgaris, rickets, and wound healing, with documented clinical success Rollier’s alpine clinics in Leysin respected medical institutions producing outcomes that drugs couldn’t match at the time This matters for one reason If solar UV light were inherently damaging to tissue, you would not be able to use it therapeutically. Full stop. You cannot build a coherent model where the same wavelengths that heal infected bone and resolve bacterial skin disease are simultaneously causing irreversible cellular destruction in healthy tissue What heliotherapy demonstrates is that dose, timing, gradual skin adaptation, and systemic context determine the outcome, not the light itself Rollier was meticulous about this. Patients were exposed progressively, starting with feet and working upward over days and weeks. He understood that the preparation mattered as much as the exposure The modern narrative skipped all of that nuance and landed on a single reductionist conclusion, that isolated UV damages DNA, therefore UV from the full spectrum is dangerous What it failed to account for is that the human organism co-evolved with UV for hundreds of millions of years and built extraordinarily sophisticated systems like melanogenesis, nucleotide excision repair, circadian antioxidant rhythms, vitamin D synthesis, nitric oxide release, the POMC system, precisely because UV is an environmental input the body was designed to use, not just survive Heliotherapy existed before the modern narrative was constructed, and the modern narrative was built by ignoring it along with all the more recent circadian science

@GidMK What do you say to the folks that have cured their cancer using ivermectin? Aliens? Miracle? And wouldn’t a real scientist urge further research to see if it really works? Especially after billions spent over decades with virtually no progress?

@DrNeilStone False. Completely false. Indeed, I would hazard a lie. The only published research, while inadequate, shows the opposite. Indeed, the government has never funded such a study. Perhaps you have secret knowledge you would like to share?

Medication cascade from a single statin prescription: - Month 1: statin prescribed for a cholesterol number - Month 3: muscle pain develops (CoQ10 depleted by the drug itself) - Month 4: NSAIDs prescribed for the muscle pain - Month 8: liver enzymes elevated (from the statin) - Month 10: cognitive decline begins (the brain is 25% cholesterol by dry weight) - Month 12: blood pressure rises (CoQ10 depletion affects heart muscle) - Month 14: ACE inhibitor added for the blood pressure - Month 18: fatigue deepens (mitochondrial dysfunction worsening) - Month 20: antidepressant prescribed for the "low mood" - Month 24: glucose control deteriorates (statins increase diabetes risk by 30%) - Month 30: metformin added to the pile Started with one drug for one number on a chart. Ended with five drugs managing the side effects of the first drug. Each one billed to the NHS or your insurer. Each one a recurring revenue line for life. The original cholesterol number? Lower. The patient? Worse in every measurable way. Modern medicine, working as designed.

@JeromeAdamsMD You support her simply because you think she will do the cartel’s bidding. But elections are designed for new thinking, new perspectives. You think science is about conformity but it is actually much more about curiosity. I hope she disappoints you.

My thoughts on Dr. Nicole Saphier, President Trump’s third nominee for Surgeon General: She has an active medical license and an ongoing clinical practice. (In 2026, we really shouldn’t have to highlight that… but here we are) She is an exceptionally clear communicator - especially effective at reaching conservative audiences who often tune out traditional public health messaging. I’ve worked with her before and found her to be genuinely fair-minded. She at least tries to see both sides. She leans heavily toward “personal responsibility” and is skeptical of government intervention. That’s understandable, but I hope her time leading the Public Health Service and seeing the programs that actually expand healthy options for people who currently have few will soften that stance a bit. You can’t always make the healthy choice when the environment only offers bad ones. She has no apparent experience running a large organization (the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps has about 6,000 officers). There will be a steep learning curve, but she’s clearly smart enough to handle it, especially if she leans on her experienced senior officers for support. She has publicly pushed back against both RFK Jr. and President Trump (for example, on claims linking Tylenol or vaccines to autism). That independence is refreshing- She’s no sycophant. The challenge will be maintaining that willingness to speak truth to power once she’s inside the administration instead of commenting from a Fox News studio. Hopefully she’ll be allowed to follow the science wherever it leads. Overall, this is a solid pick. I believe she’ll be confirmed and that she has both the clinical background and the temperament to do a good job.👇🏽 washingtonpost.com/health/2026/04…

Today, I released a report showing that Biden health officials knew that safety signals for COVID-19 injection injuries were being hidden by their VAERS analytic algorithm. They were shown an updated algorithm that signaled serious adverse events, but they refused to use it. Their cover-up jeopardized the health of millions of Americans. Read my interim report and see the records here:
