@ICICIBank_Care 1.5 months, 2 very long customer calls and still no debit cards for my NRO account. Very frustrating experience. Let me know if I'll get one in 2 weeks. I'll be happy to take my business to other banks if I have to wait this long for basic services.

@WalmartCanada #horrible experience! All the on call associates confirmed delivery by EOD, when courier partner #canparexpress explicitly told me they don't want to deliver because that's what their management told them to do. Please deliver item on delivery dates and talk to your partners!

@WalmartCanada Now #Walmartcanada says wait another 72 hours. That's on top of initial 48hrs wait past the delivery date. P.S. Courier showed the outer package is torn. Now who will compensate when I have to buy another one at last minute or worst a temporary solution like air matttess?

@WalmartCanada Welcome to #Canada Ordered mattress on 31st, paid delivery fee for Feb 1st. Item "Sold and shipped by Walmart", but delivery not done by courier. Called on 1st, escalated on 1st, called again on 2nd. Got call on 3rd, told will deliver by EOD. Called again, still same.

@WalmartCanada This is the difference in #customercare in two neighbouring countries. In #USA, they resolve delivery issues in one call or two at max. @amazon had even refunded and credited extra when a defective item was sent. @Walmart never caused any pain too.
